Event bookings on the Square
Cheshire East agreed that the Town Council can control event bookings on Nantwich Square (York Stone paved area). The Town Council will still need to seek advice from the Outdoor Events Manager at Cheshire East on matters affecting health and safety.
The Town Council will provide a schedule and promote a variety of events on the square eachyear, but will continue to encourage local groups.
To book the Square please ring Nantwich Civic Hall on 01270 628633 or download and complete the booking form.
Collecting Money for Charity
To collect money during your event for charity you need to apply to Cheshire East Council for a street collection licence. The application form can be downloaded from the Cheshire East website here.

NOTE: Having a collection licence does not give the rights to have any vans, trucks, ticket booths, gazebo, furniture or performers on Cheshire East land without filling the Arrange For Use of Council Premises Form.
