Members are asked to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests relating to items on the agenda in accordance with the Council’s adopted Code of Conduct.
4. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES
4.1 To receive and approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on 27 April 2021. (attached)
4.2 To receive and approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Annual Town Council held on 5 May 2021. (attached)
4.3 To receive and approve as a correct record the minutes of the Annual Town meeting held on 15 April 2021.
5. MAYOR’S REPORT
To receive a list of the Mayor’s engagements and to receive any announcements by the Mayor.

6. PLANNING CONTROL
Applications for Planning Permission – notification of planning applications by Cheshire East Council upon which comments are to be made (see list attached). The applications will be displayed at the meeting for inspection.

7. ST. MARY’S NANTWICH – PROPOSED VISITOR CENTRE
To welcome Andrew Spiers on behalf of St Mary’s Church who will provide initial ideas for a Church Visitor Centre and receive questions from members.
8. ANNUAL INTERNAL AUDIT REPORT
To consider the Annual Internal Audit Report and note the actions to address the recommendations.
9. ACCOUNTS 2020/2021- GOVERNANCE STATEMENT
To approve the Governance Statement for 2020/2021.
10. ACCOUNTS 2020/2021 – ACCOUNTING STATEMENTS
To receive a report on the Accounts for 2020/2021 and approve:
a) The Accounting Statement for the Annual Return
b) Income and Expenditure 2020/21

11. ACCOUNTS 2020/2021– ANNUAL RETURN
Council is asked to RESOLVE, in accordance with the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, that the Annual Return for 2020/2021 be approved, signed by the Mayor and submitted to the External Auditor, PKF Littlejohn LLP.
12. ANNUAL REPORT 2020/21
To approve the draft Annual Report of the Town Council for 2020/21
13. DONATIONS 2021/22
To consider and approve the recommendations of the attached report relating to the issuing of grant contributions budgeted for in 2021/22.
14. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT POLICY AND PETITIONS POLICY
To consider the recommendations of the Policy Committee to approve and adopt the draft Community Engagement Policy and Petitions Policy.
