4.3 Memorial Bench Policy – last reviewed/approved October 2020

4.4 Petitions Policy – last reviewed/approved June 2021

4.5 Safeguarding Policy – last reviewed/approved July 2021

5. NOTICE OF MOTION

Councillor Loic Charbonneau – I seek support from the council in improving the celebration/communication of all the various organisations which the town council supports by dedicating a space for them on the town council website. I assume that all grant recipients would welcome this improved visibility and we may need to get their confirmation as part of their annual progress report.
