Welcome to Nantwich’s Growing Health Community Garden.  A fully accessible wellbeing garden based in the heart of Nantwich on the Brookfield Allotments site.  We offer a range of events and activities to the community aimed at improving mental health and wellbeing, reducing social isolation, increasing levels of self esteem and confidence and providing learning and education opportunities.  Part of the project will include developing referral pathways between NHS Social Prescribers and the garden to meet these aims. Our sessions are run by both trained Volunteer Leaders and our Project Co Ordinator and focus on different aspects of gardening and wellbeing.

The garden has been 2 years in its construction and development.  It has been the labour of love of a core group of volunteers without whose dedication this project would not exist.  You can read more in the About Us section of the website. In May 2023 the garden received National Lottery funding to appoint a Co Ordinator and begin delivering sessions to our community.    We are very excited to now be offering our first activities and welcoming you at the garden, for further information visit our events page.
