To confirm the minutes of the Meeting held on 21st July 2022
4. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE
To receive a report on income and expenditure to date.
5. BUDGET 2023/23
To consider the attached report and proposals for the preparation of the draft budget for 2023/24.
6. INCOME 2023/24
To consider the attached report and proposals for the rent and hire charges for 2023/24 as part of the budget setting process.
7. DRAFT PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME
To consider the attached revised planned maintenance programme for 2023/24 and make recommendation for adoption by Full Council.
8. GRANT APPLICATIONS
To consider the attached report for small grant applications below £1000.
9. ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS
To approve the attached schedule showing accounts processed for payment since the last meeting, noting that payments are made in accordance with the previous resolution of the Town Council to use the General Power of Competence.
