3. MINUTES OF FINANCE COMMITTEE OF 11th OCTOBER 2021
To confirm the minutes of the Meeting held on 22nd July and 11th October 2021.
4. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE
To receive a report on income and expenditure to date.
5. FINANCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT
To review sections of the financial risk assessment in detail for implementation in 2022.
6. GRANT APPLICATIONS
To consider the attached small grant application(s) for £500 or less.
7. FINANCIAL REGULATIONS
To address the recommendations within the first internal audit of 2022.
8. ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS
To approve the attached schedule showing accounts processed for payment since the last meeting, noting that payments are made in accordance with the previous resolution of the Town Council to use the General Power of Competence.
