Members are asked to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests relating to items on the agenda

in accordance with the Council’s adopted Code of Conduct.

3. MINUTES OF FINANCE COMMITTEE OF 25th NOVEMBER 2021

To confirm the minutes of the Meeting held on 25th November 2021.

4. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE

To receive a report on income and expenditure to date.

5. FORWARD PLANNING

To begin developing a draft budget for future years 2023-2027.

6. FINANCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT

To review sections of the financial risk assessment in detail for implementation in 2022.

7. GRANT APPLICATIONS

To consider the attached grant application.

8. ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS

To approve the attached schedule showing accounts processed for payment since the last meeting, noting that payments are made in accordance with the previous resolution of the Town Council to use the General Power of          Competence
