3. MINUTES OF FINANCE COMMITTEE OF 28th OCTOBER 2021
To confirm the minutes of the Meeting held on 28th October 2021.
4. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE
To receive a report on income and expenditure to date.
5. FINANCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT
To review sections of the financial risk assessment in detail for implementation in 2022.
6. GRANT APPLICATIONS
To consider the attached grant application.
7. PUBLIC CONVENIENCE SURVEY RESULTS
To receive an update on the outcome of the recent Public Conveniences survey to aid with the decision and recommendations relating to the Budget for 2022/23.
8. BUDGET 2022/23
To consider the attached report and proposals for the preparation of the draft budget for 2022/23 following public consultation.
9. ESSENTIAL IT UPGRADE
To consider the virement of budget to allow for essential IT upgrade works.
10. ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS
To approve the attached schedule showing accounts processed for payment since the last meeting, noting that payments are made in accordance with the previous resolution of the Town Council to use the General Power of Competence.
