2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Members are asked to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests relating to items on the agenda in accordance with the Council’s adopted Code of Conduct.
3. MINUTES OF FINANCE COMMITTEE OF 1st NOVEMBER 2022
To confirm the minutes of the Meeting held on 1st November 2022
4. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE
To receive a report on income and expenditure to date.
5. GRANT APPLICATIONS
To consider the attached grant application(s).
6. ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS
To approve the attached schedule showing accounts processed for payment since the last meeting, noting that payments are made in accordance with the previous resolution of the Town Council to use the General Power of Competence.
7. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
Council is asked to RESOLVE to exclude Press and public pursuant to the Public Bodies Admission to meetings Act 1960 as personal or financial contract details are likely to be discussed.
8. STAFFING ISSUES – NOTICE OF MOTION
Councillor Arthur Moran seeks support from members relating to permanent staff salary payments for December 2022.
