3. MINUTES OF FINANCE COMMITTEE OF 22nd July 2021

To confirm the minutes of the Meeting held on 22nd July 2021.

4. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE

To receive a report on income and expenditure to date.

5. FINANCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT

To review sections of the financial risk assessment in detail for implementation in 2022.

6. BUDGET 2022/23

To consider the attached report and proposals for the preparation of the draft budget for 2022/23.

7. INCOME 2022/23

To consider the attached report and proposals for the rent and hire charges for 2022/23 as part of the budget setting process.

8. DRAFT PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME

To consider the attached revised planned maintenance programme for 2022/23 and make recommendations for adoption by Full Council.

9. GRANT APPLICATIONS

To consider the attached small grant application(s) for £500 or less.

10.  ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS

To approve the attached schedule showing accounts processed for payment since the last meeting, noting that payments are made in accordance with the previous resolution of the Town Council to use the General Power of Competence.
