3 MINUTES OF FINANCE COMMITTEE OF 2 FEBRUARY 2023

To confirm the minutes of the Meeting held on 2 February 2023.

4 INCOME AND EXPENDITURE

To receive a report on income and expenditure to date.

5 FINANCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT

To review the Financial Risk Assessment for 2023/24.  The attached Financial Risk Assessment shows track changes where the Clerk has made recommendations for changes.

6 AGED DEBTORS

To receive a report on aged debtors (outstanding invoices) and to consider actions and recommendations of the Clerk.

7 GRANT APPLICATIONS

To consider the attached grant application(s).

8 ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS

To approve the attached schedule showing accounts processed for payment since the last meeting, noting that payments are made in accordance with the previous resolution of the Town Council to use the General Power of  Competence.
