Allotments
The Town Council has 4 allotment sites.
Originally Cheshire East Borough Council managed 2 of these sites on behalf of the Town Council and provided 2 sites on its own land at Brookfield Park.
In December 2012 Cheshire East agreed to lease the 2 sites at Brookfield Park to the Town Council on a 125 year lease. At the same time the Town Council took back management of the other 2 sites at Wellington Road and Welshman’s Lane.
The Town Council operates a waiting list for the sites. The Council’s policy is to allocate plots to residents living within its boundary. Applicants from the parishes surrounding Nantwich will be added to the waiting list but they are very unlikely to be allocated a plot.

Only one allotment per household will be allocated in future.
Brookfield Allotment 1
This site is accessed from the park access road through an entrance opposite the playground.
£100 refundable deposit required for new allotment holders
Brookfield Allotment 2
This site is accessed from the park access road through an entrance adjacent to the bungalows next to Brookfield House.

Welshman’s Lane Allotment
This site is accessed from Welshman’s Lane in Henhull Parish.
£100 refundable deposit required for new allotment holders
Wellington Road Allotment
This site is accessed from the park access road through an entrance at the eastern end of road.
