Tomorrow, Tuesday 23rd March, heading into the anniversary of the UK going into the first national lockdown, Marie Curie are leading a National Day of Reflection.
Nantwich Town Council is supporting the day, to remember those who have died during the pandemic and to show support to everyone who has bereaved.
At 12 noon on Tuesday residents are asked take part in a minute’s silence, followed by shining a light, or lighting a candle at 8pm to show support and heartfelt sympathy to those who are grieving.
The Town Council would also like to look back and reflect on the positive community spirit shown in Nantwich throughout the pandemic and will light the Civic Hall in yellow to acknowledge all those effected.
We have also set up an online book of condolences should you wish to post a message to remember a loved one.
