(15.00hrs to 16.30 hrs, then 18.00hrs to 19.00hrs)
The trust is presently managed under rules set out in the Beam Heath Act 1823. The Beam Heath dividend is distributed annually to qualifying householders of the Ancient Parish of Nantwich. The dividend represents the surplus income of the Trust from rents and investments.
You may qualify for a dividend if you:
1. Bring proof that you are currently a householder in the area of benefit (driving licence, council tax demand or other utility bills constitute suitable proof).
2. and EITHER
a) bring proof of having been such a householder for a period of 7 years (Title information documents constitute suitable proof for owners / occupiers whilst tenancy agreements / rent books and council tax demands are suitable proof for tenants).
b) bring proof that your home at birth was within the area of benefit (proof required by a long form of Birth Certificate showing parents’ address within the area of benefit) (N.B. Short form Birth certificates not showing home address are not sufficient).
c) bring proof of having previously been a recipient and, having left the area and having returned, of being a resident householder again in the area for a period of at least 2 years (proof as detailed in point 1,2(a) and 2 (b) above.
