ELECTION OF TRUSTEES

Notice is hereby given of a 

MEETING

At 6.00pm on Tuesday evening 17th September 2019 at Nantwich Methodist Church, Hospital Street, Nantwich to elect two new Trustees to the Beam Heath Estate.

Only inhabitant householders living within the designated area, entitled to the benefit of the Beam Heath, are permitted to stand as trustees or vote in this election.

The 1823 Act governing the Trust provides that to stand for election or act as a trustee you must first swear or affirm:

“I am an Inhabitant Householder of the Town of Nantwich entitled to the benefit of the Enclosure of Beam Heath.  I am worth £500 in real or personal property after payment of all my just debts, and am not directly or indirectly a Tenant, Lessee or Occupier of any of the said enclosed land”

Voting slips to allow a secret ballot will be issued only those entitled to Vote
